Breakout Session | Stage 3

Host: Youtube

We are looking forward to convening a global range of influencers to discuss how the role of creators has changed in recent years in response to the way in which activism has evolved and the expectation of those with a channel, to also have a cause. With the UN’s recently launched initiative, Verified, a platform looking to flood the internet with facts in a bid to tackle misinformation, it is becoming clear that new media and influencers are an impactful force for good for the Global Goals and modern activists are integral to solving traditional issues.
