Islands are on the frontline of climate change. Yet islands are laboratories for innovation and action. This event offers the opportunity to profile island leadership – amplifying all of the voices of islands and catalysing partnerships that support Samoa Pathway implementation.

The aims of this panel are to:
– Inspire leadership and catalyze investment in island-led solutions that are building resilience and contributing to sustainability
– Showcase the inspiring leadership of island leaders and supporters spearheading sustainability and resilience solutions.
– Ensure island progress, opportunity, needs and inspiration is captured throughout each of the high level policy opportunities throughout the week – demonstrating real, local and tangible progress on SDG implementation and the Samoa Pathway.
