IN CONVERSATION
Moving beyond the traditional agricultural community, the UN Food Systems Summit will bring everyone to the table to have a discussion around what ‘good food’ means in their lives, communities and for the world at large. Good food brings together families, keeps us healthy, shapes and preserves cultures and is the bedrock of our economies and livelihoods. Good food enriches our land, water and air while supporting biodiversity. It is amongst the strongest levers available to caring for our health, our happiness and our planet more sustainably. Complementing the 2021 Food Systems Summit – as well as highlighting key Summit outcomes – Special Envoy Dr. Agnes Kalibata and Dr. David Nabarro will join the SDG Action Zone to give viewers a taste of how different groups are transforming food systems, making them more inclusive and resilient.
